*Due to a mechanical issue, Greenlink is down to three trolleys to operate the four routes. The Heart of Main and the Top of Main routes will be combined until the issue is resolved. To see a map of this modified route, visit https://trackgreenlink.com/map select "Downtown Trolley" and then the "Main Street Combination" route. You can download the FindGreenlink app to see real-time locations of the trolleys while they are in service.Greenlink will resume operation of its two seasonal trolley routes - the Arts West and Augusta routes – this Thursday, May 3 at 6 p.m. Because the two routes are funded in part by hospitality tax revenue, which must be used for tourism-related services, they operate during the months of May – October. Operating days and hours will be the same as the Heart of Main and Top of Main routes, which operate year round:Thursdays, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.Fridays, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.Sundays, from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.In 2017, with the goal of expanding service beyond the Central Business District, Greenlink purchased two additional trolleys and devised three new routes to provide access to restaurants, retail, parks and leisure activities. They also modified the existing Main Street route to better complement the new routes. Greenlink then worked with the City’s Public Works Department and the South Carolina Department of Transportation to identify and install safe trolley stop locations for the new routes. The expanded service began operation August 3, 2017. For additional information, including route maps, visit ridegreenlink.com/Trolley.
